The position

The Student Services Administration Officer provides administrative support for the delivery of undergraduate and graduate courses at NAS. As a member of the Student Services team, the Student Services Administration Officer has a primary role in the administration of the student lifecycle, providing frontline customer service duties and responding to requests from students and academic staff.

What you bring to the role

You will have high-level administrative skills and previous experience working in a student services team. You will understand the student lifecycle, including applications, enrollment, fees, assessments, progression, completion, and graduation. You have good computer skills and know how to use word, excel, databases and information systems. You will be able to provide front line customer service skills to students, staff and the general public. You will be guided by deadlines and possess excellent organizational skills, as well as the flexibility to manage competing priorities and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
