Enrollment Services, a central hub dedicated to helping students make the connection when it comes to the enrollment process, now has two walk-in service centers at Georgia Southern University.
Located in the Rosenwald Building on the Statesboro Campus and in the Victor Hall on the Armstrong Campus in Savannah, Enrollment Services are a first stop for undergraduate and graduate students who have questions regarding general admissions, student records, student accounts, and student aid.
“We are here to advocate for our students and to make sure their needs for the enrollment process are met,” said Alexis Stinson, Director of Enrollment Services. “It’s important for our students because they no longer have to go to various departments on campus to get the information they need or their questions answered. We’re here to answer most, if not all, registration questions for them.
Registration Services provides all client services for most registration management offices, such as Financial Aid and Registrar, and serves as the front line for the Office of the Bursar.
Registration Services representatives serve the walk-in service centers on both campuses, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call Center Registration Services representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 912-478-3675.
Registration services opened in the fall semester on the Armstrong campus through a walk-in service center and call center. The second Registration Services walk-in center opened in March on the Statesboro campus.
